House of Bricks Reflection

My favourite Lego activity was the mosaic because we got to use an imagination and at the end I saw some people spring  there and then I said how do you do that and then they told me and I did it and it was very fun using my imagination.

My least favourite Lego activity was building the race car  because it was hard and I was doing it by myself and at the end it looked very silly. 

The activity that tested my perseverance the most was building the tower because you did not get too hard to do and at the end my thing looked like a shower and an outside garden.

The most challenging activity was building the tower  because it was hard and when we stopped a rod it was difficult because you didn't know what to put on the thing.

I did not enjoy working collaboratively with others because sometimes it got very hard to wake with others and with the mosaic for me it would be hard to do but it  was easy with no one for me.

Haiku poem

Kia Ora! I am soooo happy becuase we are finally out of lock down! Lock down was a challenge, because I couldn't see family and friends. this is one thing i did in lokdown and it is a haiku poem this is what i did

Town Trip

 On Thursday the 20th May Tumu Hub went to Margaret Mahy playground. We had four rotations. The first one was on the mat at  Margaret Mahy playground. The second one was feeding the tuna, The third one was going on the waka and the fourth one was going to Victoria Square.

My favourite part of the trip was At 12 o'clock. I went on the waka to Margaret Mahy playground. I liked going on the waka because I saw the slimy eels and I got splashed by the water and I liked  padding in the boat. At the end  my hand started to hurt.

Something I learnt was around the middle of the playground there was a black mat that had storys on it and songs. Around the black mat, there are native plants, there were also native bird footprints.

The thing I found the most interesting was the black mat around the middle of the playground and that it had songs and stories on it. 

This trip has helped me with my PBL because I learnt what you can have on a pou and for the waka what designs it has on it

Hi, I'm Sidney and this week for school we were writing about a quality blog post. We also had to read a whole lot of articles about blogging.

The best thing I learnt was how to write a quality comment. You need to write something positive, thoughtful, helpful and a question.
