Sidney's Magnificent Te Reo

We have been learning about using as much kupu (words) as we can so we can get better at the Māori language. Māori is important to our country because it is our language. For my task we needed to make a conversation using as many kupu as possible. Here is the learning I did for this week.

How many kupu do you know in Te Reo?

  1. Ka rawe, Sidney - Kia pai tō mahi - Kei te harikoa au! I am happy to see that you are learning as many kupu as you can. This is one of my goals this year too.

I know quite a few kupu - how many kupu do you know?

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
